Profiling Key Positions:

Different positions within organizations require different attributes. These attributes are seldom defined in the job description as they are more a part of the role that the individual has to fulfill, or characteristics that are in line with the organizations values or culture. 

Simply looking at a CV or even conducting an interview may not give you the information that is required to make the optimum match between individual and position.

Profiling the position and the natural style that would be best suited for an individual placed in that position gives a head-start to the organization when that position needs to be filled. This information also provides a great platform for coaching or mentoring individuals currently in these key positions to ensure greater effectiveness and productivity.
